Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please write to us first: most problems are quickest to put right together.
You can also record a complaint in the official complaints book, the Livro de Reclamações, online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. It is sent to us and to the authority responsible for overseeing us.
If we cannot settle a dispute between us, you can take it to an independent consumer dispute resolution body, which is free or low in cost and quicker than going to court. The body for disputes with us is CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo. The full list of these bodies in Portugal is on the Consumer Portal, www.consumidor.gov.pt. Using one is your choice, and it never stops you going to court.
