What we collect
When you order, we store your name, email address, delivery address and what you bought. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Cookies
The shop keeps your basket in your own browser. Three small cookies are strictly necessary: one remembers where you ship to, so prices are in your currency (on your first visit we suggest a country from your approximate location, worked out on our own server from your IP address, which is not stored or shared; you can change it at any time at the foot of every page); one, set when you look up an order, lets this browser show it to you for one hour; and one remembers your cookie choice.
If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to understand how the shop is used and to measure our advertising. Nothing from Google is loaded unless you agree, and you can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page.
Following your order
Anyone can look up an order only with its reference and the email address it was placed with. The tracking page shows your books, their progress, the carrier's tracking and the town they are going to, never your name, street, email or phone. Orders are no longer shown online a year after they are complete.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time.
