Who we are
The Wolfsbane Library is the online bookshop of The Wolfsbane Company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a book cannot be supplied or a price was clearly wrong.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of the destination you choose and include any taxes we are required to charge. Shipping is calculated for your address before you pay. Your bank may charge its own fees.
Printing and delivery
Many of our editions are printed to order by our printing partners and sent directly to you. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Tracking details are emailed when your parcel ships.
Customs and import duties
Our primary fulfilment zones are the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. International orders shipping outside our primary fulfilment zones may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and vary from country to country; your local customs office can tell you more.
Returns and faults
If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Where the law gives you a right to cancel, you may return an unwanted book within 14 days of delivery; the book must be unused and you pay the return postage.
Ebooks
Ebooks are sold by partner stores such as Kindle and Google Play Books. Their terms and refund policies apply.
Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our failure to meet these terms. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where The Wolfsbane Company is registered.
