How and when your books reach you, and what to do if something is wrong.
Shipping
Most of our books are printed to order for you and sent by tracked post, usually within one to two weeks. Shipping is calculated for your address at checkout, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Customs and import duties
Our primary fulfilment zones are the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. International orders shipping outside our primary fulfilment zones may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and vary from country to country; your local customs office can tell you more.
Returns
If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Ebooks
Our ebooks are sold through partner stores. Their own refund policies apply.
